All clinical services are provided solely by My Therapeace Global, PC, a California Professional Corporation (“Professional Corporation”), through licensed clinicians.

Health Information collected through intake forms is shared with the treating provider and becomes part of the patient record maintained by My Therapeace Global, PC.

My Therapeace Global, PC is the Covered Entity under HIPAA with respect to clinical services. Protected Health Information (“PHI”) created or maintained as part of treatment is governed by the Professional Corporation’s Notice of Privacy Practices.

Mytherapeace Inc. provides administrative, technology, and platform services and may process PHI as a Business Associate. Mytherapeace Inc. implements reasonable safeguards designed to protect PHI in accordance with HIPAA and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA).
