This Platform is operated by Mytherapeace Inc., a non-clinical administrative services organization (“MSO”). The MSO provides technology infrastructure, scheduling tools, and administrative support.

All clinical services are provided solely by My Therapeace Global, PC, a California Professional Corporation (“Professional Corporation”), through licensed clinicians.

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information (name, email, phone number)

• Account and login credentials

• Appointment scheduling information

• Payment and billing information

• Communications with the Platform

• Technical data (IP address, browser type, device information)

Clinical information collected as part of treatment is handled by My Therapeace Global, PC.

When you submit information through intake forms, questionnaires, or other clinical onboarding tools on the Platform, you may provide health-related information, including mental health history, symptoms, treatment preferences, and other sensitive information (“Health Information”).

Mytherapeace Inc. collects this information on behalf of My Therapeace Global, PC, a California Professional Corporation, which provides clinical services through contractedlicensed mental health professionals.

Mytherapeace Inc. processes intake information as an administrative service provider and may act as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). Health Information collected through intake forms is shared with the treating provider and becomes part of the patient record maintained by My Therapeace Global, PC.

Information may be used to:

• Provide and operate the Platform

• Schedule and manage appointments

• Process payments

• Communicate administrative updates

• Improve platform functionality and security

Information submitted through the Platform may be transmitted to and accessed by My Therapeace Global, PC and its licensed clinicians for purposes of providing care. This may include intake forms, secure messages, appointment details, and related communications.

Mytherapeace Inc. uses HIPAA-compliant service providers and safeguards designed to support secure transmission and storage of information.

This Privacy Policy primarily describes how information is handled in connection with the Platform. Medical records and clinical information maintained by My Therapeace Global, PC are governed by separate healthcare privacy laws and the Professional Corporation’s Notice of Privacy Practices.

My Therapeace Global, PC is the Covered Entity under HIPAA with respect to clinical services. Protected Health Information (“PHI”) created or maintained as part of treatment is governed by the Professional Corporation’s Notice of Privacy Practices.

Mytherapeace Inc. provides administrative, technology, and platform services and may process PHI as a Business Associate. Mytherapeace Inc. implements reasonable safeguards designed to protect PHI in accordance with HIPAA and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA).

For information about how your medical information is used and disclosed, please refer to the Notice of Privacy Practices provided by My Therapeace Global, PC.

Information may be shared with:

• My Therapeace Global, PC and its clinicians

• Payment processors and technology vendors

• Service providers assisting with platform operations

We do not sell personal information.

We may use third-party service providers to support platform operations, including hosting providers, scheduling tools, payment processors, and analytics services.
