I teach psychology at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology and practice psychotherapy in English, Farsi, and French. I earned my Bachelor’s from UCLA and a Master’s in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine. I work primarily with adults and couples, addressing mood and anxiety disorders, relationship challenges, and certain addictions.
I take pride in doing my own healing work, which helps me bring relatability, compassion, and collaboration to my clients. I have experience working with PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, and Depression, with a special focus on trauma and inner child work to support lasting growth. I believe everyone can move beyond limiting patterns and become who they choose to be.
