The Platform is owned and operated by Mytherapeace Inc., a non-clinical administrative services organization. All mental health treatment services are provided solely by My Therapeace Global, PC, a California Professional Corporation, through licensed clinicians. Mytherapeace Inc. does not provide clinical care and does not control clinical judgment, treatment planning, supervision, or medical records.

The Platform may include appointment scheduling, administrative tools, intake collection, communications, educational content, and wellness resources. Clinical services are provided separately by licensed professionals affiliated with My Therapeace Global, PC

The Platform is not monitored for emergency communications. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911, call or text 988, or contact local emergency services immediately.

A therapist-client relationship is formed only after intake is completed and accepted by a licensed clinician affiliated with My Therapeace Global, PC. Use of the Platform alone does not create a therapeutic relationship.

Clinical services may be delivered via telehealth. You acknowledge that telehealth involves electronic communication, potential technical disruptions, and privacy risks, and you agree to attend sessions from a private location and accurately disclose your location.

Clinical services are provided by licensed clinicians contracted with My TherapeaceGlobal, PC. If you are physically located in California at the time of your session, your treating clinician will be licensed (or otherwise legally authorized) to provide services in California. You agree to accurately disclose your physical location at each session. Clinical services may be declined or rescheduled if your location is outside a jurisdiction where your clinician is authorized to practice.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, upload malicious content, or record sessions without clinician consent.

Payment is collected at the time an appointment is booked. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Clinical fees and policies are established by My Therapeace Global, PC.

By providing a payment method, you authorize charges for services scheduled through the Platform, including session fees and late cancellation or no-show fees.

Any meditation, wellness, or educational content offered through the Platform is informational and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, it does not replace psychotherapy or medical care.

My Therapeace Global, PC is the HIPAA Covered Entity for clinical services. Mytherapeace Inc. may act as a Business Associate providing administrative support. Please review our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices for details.

You consent to receive communications from Mytherapeace Inc. and My Therapeace Global, PC, including appointment reminders, administrative messages, service-related notifications, emails, telephone calls, and text messages (including SMS), using the contact information you provide. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in emails or by replying STOP to SMS messages where available. Please note that opting out of certain communications may limit your ability to receive appointment reminders, intake instructions, or other important service-related notifications.

We may continue to send transactional or legally required communications as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or ensure patient safety.

The Platform may integrate with third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for third-party content or systems outside our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and are not liable for outages, maintenance, or technical failures.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Mytherapeace Inc. is not responsible for clinical services or outcomes, which are solely the responsibility of licensed professionals and My Therapeace Global, PC.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mytherapeace Inc. from claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, nonpayment, or other lawful reasons.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.

Except for matters eligible for small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Platform or administrative services provided by Mytherapeace Inc. will be resolved by binding arbitration in California administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable rules.

Class Action Waiver: You and Mytherapeace Inc. agree that any dispute must be brought in the parties’ individual capacities only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@mytherapeace.com with your name, the email used on your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration will not affect any other provisions of these Terms.

This arbitration provision applies only to Platform/administrative disputes and does not apply to disputes arising from clinical services, which are provided solely by My Therapeace Global, PC and governed by separate clinical policies and/or agreements.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, or public emergencies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
